Ingredients
250gplain flour
30gcocoa powder
200gbutter
100gicing sugar
2egg yolks
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Grease two baking sheets
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into a bowl. Rub the butter in until it looks like breadcrumbs
Sift in the icing sugar and stir
Stir in the egg yolks and vanilla until a dough forms
Make the dough into a ball. wrap in cling film and chill for 30 mins until firm
Put the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll to 0.5cm thick. Cut shapes out using cookie cutters.
Place on the baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
