Banana Snack Bars
I decided to make some snack bars to have on the walk to work or on the school run.

- 50 g light brown sugar
- 50 g maple syrup
- 100 g margarine
- 100 g plain flour
- 60 g Weetabix Approx 3
- 60 g porridge oats
- 1 medium egg
- 40 g cranberries
- 25 g pumpkin seeds
- 2 bananas
Preheat the oven 180C/350F/Gas 4. Grease a baking tin
Heat the sugar, margarine and maple syrup until melted and combined.
Mash the bananas and egg together.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the banana mixture and stir well.
Stir in the syrup mixture.
Spread evenly into the baking tin and bake for 25 minutes until browned.
