Ingredients
4eggs
200gbutter/spread at room temperature
350gcaster sugar
450gself-raising flour
2tspbaking powder
3overripe bananas
150gfrozen summer berries
Instructions
Preheat oven 180C/Fan 160C/gas 4
Line muffin tins with muffin cases
Put all the ingredients, aside from the berries, in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Stir in the frozen berries.
Spoon the banana mixture into the cake cases and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until browned.
