Healthy Banana Pancakes Recipe

A healthy, fruity pancake recipe with the addition of whey protein to add extra nutrients to your diet.

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp whey protein approx 12g
  • Oil
  • Fresh fruit to serve


  • Mash the bananas in a bowl
  • Add the eggs, plain flour and whey protein. Mix well.
  • Heat a frying pan – or pancake pan if you have one – and add a drizzle of oil.
  • When the pan is hot, add a dollop of pancake mix and cook for a couple of minutes before turning over and cooking for a couple of minutes on the other side.
  • Repeat until all the mixture is used. Stack the pancakes on a plate, top with fresh fruit and eat immediately.
