Healthy Banana Pancakes Recipe
A healthy, fruity pancake recipe with the addition of whey protein to add extra nutrients to your diet.
Servings: 4 pancakes
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp whey protein approx 12g
- Fresh fruit to serve
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Add the eggs, plain flour and whey protein. Mix well.
Heat a frying pan – or pancake pan if you have one – and add a drizzle of oil.
When the pan is hot, add a dollop of pancake mix and cook for a couple of minutes before turning over and cooking for a couple of minutes on the other side.
Repeat until all the mixture is used. Stack the pancakes on a plate, top with fresh fruit and eat immediately.
