  • 100 g dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate cut into chunks.
  • 5 dark chocolate digestive biscuits
  • 300 g low fat soft cheese
  • 200 g low fat greek yogurt
  • 15 g caster sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla essence


  • Chop the biscuits in a food processor until crumbed. Stir in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to decorate.
  • Mix the cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mix into glasses and then add a layer of the biscuit mixture. Repeat in layers, finishing with the biscuit layer.
  • Top with the remaining chocolate chips and chill until ready to serve.
