Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae
These Strawberry Cheesecake Sundaes are a really simple dessert to make but beautifully effective too. They taste delicious and the whole family will love them.
Servings: 4 servings
- 200 g Strawberries hulled
- 5 digestive biscuits
- 300 g low fat soft cheese
- 200 g low fat greek yogurt
- 15 g caster sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla essence
Reserve 4 strawberries. Blend the rest in a blender/food processor.
Break the biscuits up in a food processor.
Mix the cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
Spoon the biscuit mix into glasses followed by the cheesecake mix and then add a layer of blended strawberry. Repeat in layers, finishing with the strawberry layer.
Top with the remaining strawberries and chill until ready to serve.
