Peanut Butter Cup Blondies
I recently found myself on the Green and Blacks website and came across their Peanut Butter and Chocolate Blondies recipe and decided to give it a little twist to include Peanut Butter Cups – and no white chocolate.

- 200 g milk chocolate broken into chunks
- 100 g butter
- 150 g crunchy peanut butter
- 175 g muscovado sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 g plain flour
- Peanut Butter Cups
Preheat the oven to 170C/325F/Gas 3 and grease a baking tin.
Mix the peanut butter and butter together until combined.
Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla before mixing in the flour.
Add the chocolate chunks and mix well before pouring into the baking tin.
Push the Peanut Butter Cups into the top of the mixture and bake in the centre of the oven for 35-40 minutes.
