Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

I recently found myself on the Green and Blacks website and came across their Peanut Butter and Chocolate Blondies recipe and decided to give it a little twist to include Peanut Butter Cups – and no white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate broken into chunks
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 175 g muscovado sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 g plain flour
  • Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170C/325F/Gas 3 and grease a baking tin.
  • Mix the peanut butter and butter together until combined.
  • Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla before mixing in the flour.
  • Add the chocolate chunks and mix well before pouring into the baking tin.
  • Push the Peanut Butter Cups into the top of the mixture and bake in the centre of the oven for 35-40 minutes.
