Rocky Road

We love any excuse to bake and when Choc Nibbles got in touch to introduce us to their range we thought it would be a good opportunity to bake some treats!

  • 150 g butter
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 400 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g digestive biscuits – broken into pieces
  • 100 g glace cherries
  • 100 g Choc Nibbles
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • Choc Lick


  • Melt the butter, golden syrup and chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of water. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Put the biscuits, cherries, marshmallows and Choc Nibbles in a bowl, add the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
  • Line a cake tin or deep baking tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Spread it out to give a flat ish surface.
  • Dust the top with Choc Lick and put in the fridge to set.
  • Cut into chunks and enjoy.
