Homemade Turkey Burgers

These are a really lovely alternative to beef burgers - cheaper and healthier too!

  • 350 g turkey mince
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 courgette grated
  • a good shake of dried mixed herbs
  • 0.5 tsp chilli flakes


  • Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl and split into four. Mould each one into burger shapes – or use a burger press!
  • Heat a griddle pan on the hob and spray with oil. When hot add the burgers and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve in soft buns and enjoy!
