Homemade Turkey Burgers
These are a really lovely alternative to beef burgers - cheaper and healthier too!
Servings: 4 burgers
- 350 g turkey mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 courgette grated
- a good shake of dried mixed herbs
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl and split into four. Mould each one into burger shapes – or use a burger press!
Heat a griddle pan on the hob and spray with oil. When hot add the burgers and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve in soft buns and enjoy!
