Christmas Mincemeat Cupcakes Recipe

These are a really lovely alternative to mince pies to have all the flavours of Christmas but in a cake instead of a pie.

  • 4 eggs
  • 220 g caster sugar
  • 100 ml double cream
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 220 g mincemeat
  • 220 g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp mixed spice
  • 4 tsp brandy
  • 100 g melted butter


  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • Half fill paper cases with mixture and bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
