Spicy Tomato and Herb Burgers
A great burger option for the barbecue or under the grill that have a nice chilli kick to it.
Servings: 4 burgers
- 650 g beef mince
- 3 teaspoons mixed herbs
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- teaspoon chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients until combined.
Split into 4 even sized portions. Form into burger shapes or use a burger press.
Grill or barbecue the burgers for approx 8 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked through.
