Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins recipe
This recipe makes 24 good size muffins but we make half size ones that are great for the kids. They also freeze well so are great to make in big batches.
Servings: 24 muffins
- 4 eggs
- 200 g butter/spread
- 350 g caster sugar
- 450 g self-raising flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- 4 overripe bananas
- 100 g chocolate chunks
Preheat the oven 180C/Fan 160C/gas 4
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
Spoon into 24 cake cases and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until browned.
