Slow Cooker Mint Chocolate Fudge
This slow cooker mint chocolate fudge is a must for any mint chocolate fan! A twist on the classic mint chocolate chip, it has a great texture and is delicious!

- 397 ml tin condensed milk
- 600 g white chocolate – can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp peppermint flavouring
- 100 g chocolate chips – can be milk or dark chocolate
Put the chocolate chips in the freezer
Break the white chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When melted, thick and well combined, quickly stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
