Two Ingredient Slow Cooker Cadbury Caramilk Fudge

I had to make an easy Caramilk fudge recipe to add to our collection and it doesn’t get any easier than this Slow Cooker Caramilk Fudge – with just two ingredients. We already made a Caramac fudge recipe and this one has a really different consistency, rich, creamy and caramel!
Course: Afternoon Tea, Dessert, Snack
Cuisine: American, British
Keyword: fudge, slow cooker
Servings: 40 pieces

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 540 g Cadbury Caramilk chocolate

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon until thick and well combined.
  • Line a tin or baking pan lined with parchment paper / baking paper or get a silicone baking tray.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
