Slow Cooker Ferrero Rocher Fudge
Following on from our Slow Cooker Creamy Nutella Fudge recipe, it felt only natural to create a Ferrero Rocher fudge recipes too. One of our favourite indulgent treats that we could use to make an incredibly indulgent fudge too!
Servings: 40 pieces
- 397 ml condensed milk
- 300 g milk chocolate – can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
- 200 g Nutella
- 200 g Ferrero Rocher
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and Nutella.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon until thick and well combined.
Meanwhile, line a tin or baking pan lined with parchment paper / baking paper or get a silicone baking tray. Pour half the fudge mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Top with half the Ferrero Rocher.
Pour the other half of the fudge over the top and spread quickly before topping with the rest of the Ferrero Rocher.
Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
