Lotus Biscoff Banana Loaf Cake

- 300 g plain all purpose flour
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 85 g butter or margarine at room temperature
- 110 g sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 bananas mashed
- 150 g Lotus Biscoff spread
Topping
- 40 g Lotus Biscuits crushed
Grease a loaf tin or line with a cake tin liner and preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5
Put all the ingredients, aside from the topping, in a large mixing bowl
Mix everything together and pour the finished cake batter into the loaf tin
Sprinkle the crushed Lotus biscuits on top
Bake for 55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
