Passionfruit pulp from 4 passion fruits
Preheat oven 180C/Fan 160C/gas 4
Line muffin tins with muffin cases
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Spoon the banana mixture into the cake cases in the muffin pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until browned.
