Cadbury Creme Egg Rocky Road
Creme Egg Rocky Road is a fantastic twist on the classic recipe, perfect for Easter.
Servings: 18 pieces
- 400 g milk chocolate
- 125 g unsalted butter or margarine
- 45 ml golden syrup
- 200 g Digestive Biscuits broken into pieces
- 50 g mini marshmallows
- 200 g Mini Cadbury Creme Eggs
Break up the chocolate and put it in a large bowl with the butter and golden syrup.
Melt using the bowl over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave using short blasts and stirring regularly.
Once melted, leave to cool slightly for 5-10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit pieces with the marshmallows.
Pour in the melted chocolate and stir well.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a lined cake tin or brownie pan.
Push the Cadbury Creme Eggs into the mixture and put in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
Slice and serve.
