Slow Cooker Parma Violet Fudge

This easy Parma Violet fudge is perfect for any Parma Violet fan. It’s full of that distinct Parma Violet flavour and has a great consistency too. I love it – despite the rest of my family not liking Parma Violets at all.

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 550 g white chocolate can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
  • 100 g Parma Violets crushed
  • Violet food colouring

To decorate

  • 70 g Parma Violets

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and crushed Parma Violet sweets.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes. Each time you stir, add a few drops of food colouring until the fudge turns the right Parma Violet purple colour.
  • When the fudge mixture is melted, thick and well combined, pour into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray.
  • Top with the Parma Violets and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
