Slow Cooker Parma Violet Fudge
This easy Parma Violet fudge is perfect for any Parma Violet fan. It’s full of that distinct Parma Violet flavour and has a great consistency too. I love it – despite the rest of my family not liking Parma Violets at all.
Servings: 40 pieces
- 397 ml condensed milk
- 550 g white chocolate can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
- 100 g Parma Violets crushed
- Violet food colouring
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and crushed Parma Violet sweets.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes. Each time you stir, add a few drops of food colouring until the fudge turns the right Parma Violet purple colour.
When the fudge mixture is melted, thick and well combined, pour into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray.
Top with the Parma Violets and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
