Three Ingredient Mars Bar Slow Cooker Fudge
This is one of the easiest but most satisfying slow cooker fudge recipes I have made. The finished fudge tastes just like a Mars bar and is the perfect fudge to portion up into individual bags and gift at Christmas
Servings: 40 portions
- 397 ml condensed milk
- 400 g Mars Bars
- 100 g Mars Bars chopped into bite size chunks
- 300 g milk chocolate can be bars of sweet chocolate chips
Put the chopped Mars Bar pieces in the freezer whilst you carry on making the fudge
Cut the Mars Bars up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and milk chocolate
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When melted, thick and well combined, remove from the heat. Retrieve the Mars Bar chunks from the freezer and quickly stir into the fuge mixture.
Pour into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
