Slow Cooker Mint Aero Fudge
Mint chocolate is an absolute classic flavour and whenever I think of mint chocolate I think of Mint Aero. I thought it would be good to create a Mint Aero slow cooker fudge full of that great minty flavour.
Servings: 40 pieces
- 397 ml tin condensed milk
- 200 g Mint Aero chocolate – can be bars or Aero Bubbles
- 200 g milk chocolate – can be bars or sweet milk chocolate chips
Break the chocolate up into pieces and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 30-40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When melted, thick and well combined, pour into a tin lined with parchment paper, baking paper or silicone baking tray.
Add the Aero Bubbles to the top, pressing down slightly and put the tray in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
