Slow Cooker Rocky Road Fudge
This is any Rocky Road lover's dream when it comes to fudge. Marshmallows, biscuits and glace cherries encased in a glorious milk chocolate fudge.
Servings: 40 pieces
- 397 ml tin condensed milk
- 400 g milk chocolate – can be bars or sweet milk chocolate chips
- 100 g glace cherries halved
- 35 g mini marshmallows
- 75 g Digestive biscuits broken up
- 50 g glace cherries
- 15 g mini marshmallows
- 25 g Digestive biscuits
Break the chocolate up into pieces and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When melted, thick and well combined stir in the cherries and Digestive biscuits.
Once stirred well, quickly add the marshmallows.
Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray and put the rest of the cherries, marshmallows and biscuits on top to decorate, pressing into the fudge slightly.
Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
