Vegan Dairy Free Slow Cooker Coconut Fudge
This is a super simple vegan and dairy free slow cooker fudge recipe with a lovely consistency and so much coconut flavour.
Servings: 40 pieces
- 400 ml condensed coconut milk
- 400 g dairy free white chocolate – can be bars or vegan chocolate chips – at room temperature
- 50 g desiccated coconut
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When thick and well combined, stir in the dessicated coconut
Pour into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
