Slow Cooker Chocolate Fudge
Fudge is so easy to make in the slow cooker and this is a really simple recipe to use as your first attempt. It can be made using any chocolate.
Servings: 40 pieces
- 397 ml tin condensed milk
- 400 g milk chocolate – can be bars or chocolate chips
- 100 g chocolates – Smarties Reese’s, Aero Bubbles etc
- 50 g of the same chocolates
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When thick and well combined, stir in the 100g of extra chocolates.
Pour into a lined tin or silicone baking tray and top with the extra chocolates.
Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
