Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Fudge
This is a great recipe for any peanut butter fan that loves a sweet treat. Rich, moreish and full of peanutty flavour!
Servings: 40 pieces
- 397 ml tin condensed milk
- 200 g white chocolate – can be bars or chocolate chips
- 100 g milk chocolate – can be bars or chocolate chips
- 100 g smooth peanut butter
- 100 g unsalted peanuts
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk and peanut butter.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When thick and well combined, stir in the peanuts.
Pour into a lined tin or silicone baking tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
