- 100 g dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate cut into chunks.
- 5 dark chocolate digestive biscuits
- 300 g low fat soft cheese
- 200 g low fat greek yogurt
- 15 g caster sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla essence
Chop the biscuits in a food processor until crumbed. Stir in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to decorate.
Mix the cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
Spoon the cheesecake mix into glasses and then add a layer of the biscuit mixture. Repeat in layers, finishing with the biscuit layer.
Top with the remaining chocolate chips and chill until ready to serve.
