Ingredients
a sheet of ready made puff pastry
a jar of mincemeat
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 7
Roll out the pastry and spread evenly with mincemeat
Roll the pastry up from the longest side
Cut the pastry roll up into 1.5cm slices and lay out on a baking sheet leaving room to rise
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown
