These are a really lovely alternative to mince pies to have all the flavours of Christmas but in a cake instead of a pie.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well
Half fill paper cases with mixture and bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
