Marmalade and Apple Tart Recipe
This is a really lovely apple tart variation that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Ready made sweet pastry case

caster sugar

marmalade
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6
Peel, core and chop the apples.
Add to a saucepan with the sugar and cook for approx 30 minutes until they have broken down.
Heat the marmalade.
Pour the apple mixture into a pastry case and pour the marmalade on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
