Raspberry and White Chocolate Loaf Cake Recipe
This raspberry and white chocolate loaf cake is delicious. Full of flavour, it's perfect for afternoon tea or a school bake sale.

- 235 g plain flour
- 225 g caster sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150 g raspberries
- 1 egg
- 185 ml milk
- 80 ml oil
- 100 g white chocolates chips
Preheat oven to 190C/Gas 5. Grease a loaf tin or use a loaf tin liner in a loaf pan.
Mix the flour, caster sugar and baking powder in a large mixing bowl before tossing through the raspberries.
Stir in the egg, milk and oil before adding the chocolate chips.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 50-55 minutes until nicely browned and a skewer comes out clean.
Leave to cool completely and enjoy!
