Slow Cooker Kit Kat Fudge Recipe

This Kit Kat fudge is perfect for any Kit Kat fan! Sweet, creamy and moreish, it's a wonderful treat to share or give as a gift.

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 400 g milk chocolate – can be bars or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 100 g Kit Kats

To decorate

  • 50 g Kit Kats

Instructions

  • Chop the Kit Kats into chunks and pop in the freezer. Or you can use Kit Kat Bites but still put them in the freezer whilst the fudge cooks.
  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon.
  • When thick and well combined, stir in 100g of Kit Kat pieces from the freezer.
  • Pour into a tin lined with parchment paper / baking paper or a silicone baking tray and top with the extra Kit Kat pieces.
  • Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
