Slow Cooker Chocolate Fudge

Fudge is so easy to make in the slow cooker and this is a really simple recipe to use as your first attempt. It can be made using any chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 397 ml tin condensed milk
  • 400 g milk chocolate – can be bars or chocolate chips
  • 100 g chocolates – Smarties Reese’s, Aero Bubbles etc

To decorate

  • 50 g of the same chocolates

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
  • When thick and well combined, stir in the 100g of extra chocolates.
  • Pour into a lined tin or silicone baking tray and top with the extra chocolates.
  • Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
