LP loves getting new school uniform and last year most of her uniform was from George at Asda. This year, just as the summer holidays were coming to an end, George sent LP some new uniform to make sure she was ready for the new school term.
George at Asda’s uniform is always so well made, washes well and above all, is really affordably priced. LP was sent new trousers which are definitely on the big side for her petite frame but I am sure she will, eventually, grow into them. They have really cute embroidery on them and an adjustable waist – which is something we always love to see in children’s clothing.
The polo shirts have a pretty scalloped neckline and fit LP really well, with room to grow but fine to wear straight away. She finds them comfortable and they wear well.
They also sent LP a pair of plimsoles that would be the perfect addition to any PE kit – and which we had to put in her school bag before we managed to take a photo of her wearing them – whoops! Safe to say that she’ll be comfortable during PE lessons this year!
Lastly, George at Asda so a good range of school jumpers and cardigans. LP’s school have wine coloured knitwear and George don’t do that colour – we usually have to buy her jumpers from the official school shop as nowhere sells the right colour – but they sent us the closest match and LP loves it anyway.
The cardigan is super soft and a really nice size, with buttons that LP can easily fasten herself and a pretty edge that she really likes. It’s a lovely cardigan and I think she’ll be wearing it a lot – outside of school!
The George at Asda uniform range is fantastic, with uniform options to suit any child and we know from experience how long lasting it is – but affordable enough to buy extra pieces when needed.
Disclosure: We were sent the above products for the purpose of this post however all opinions are my own.
