Running, Relaxing and Reminiscing #LittleLoves

This week has been a lovely one. I’ve been off work, we’ve had so much time with friends and as a family and it has been lovely. I really do live for the school holidays and having it off work too has been amazing. I would love to have all school holidays off – we all just love having LP at home.

Read

I haven’t read much at all this week. Does Heat magazine count? I get it delivered to the door and it’s the perfect thing to read and relax when I only have a few minutes.

Watched

This week Hubby and I have caught up with Masterchef and First Dates and I have been having my regular TOWIE fix too. one thing that we have steamed through watching is the whole series to date of Ugly House to Lovely House which Jess told me about. if you love a home renovation project and love George Clarke then this is for you!

Heard

In the car the other day a song came on the radio that makes me think of one thing – the Sky Dive I did when I was 19. It was an incredible experience and I had someone jump with us to film it and this song is on the soundtrack.

Wore

This week I have put my running gear on again for the first time in ages. I am determined now that the clocks have changed and the days are longer that I am going to get into the running habit once and for all. This spring I will be running regularly!

Made

Hubby and I have spent the bright evenings drinking cocktails together thanks to an Aldi cocktail challenge. You just cannot beat a gin based cocktail!

We went to Dreamland in Margate this week and had a lovely day out. I’m a little bit in love with this photo I took so thought I’d share it with you.

Ohmygoodness!! I am SO with you Donna — you absolutely can’t beat a gin based cocktail!!!! Gin is my fave tipple and last year I created my own cocktail with homemade rhubarb cordial!! AKA ‘The Jubarb’ — LUSH. Roll on summer when the rhubarb has started growing well again!!! 🙂

So glad I’m not the only one who needs a little TOWIE fix, it’s so bad it’s good haha. Fantastic photo too, what a moody sky! xx

TOWIE! Guilty pleasure…hubby can’t stand it, although he made a good point when he noticed a photocopier in the background of a party with barely any guests haha! Ugly House to Lovely House is a good watch. Love your photograph of the ferris wheel with those dark, threatening clouds behind.

Ah thanks Katie! I’m still not very technical with a camera so when one comes out like that I am so chuffed with myself 🙂 x
