LP and Little Man absolutely love magazines. They are a treat we have during school holidays or something for long car journeys. So when they were sent Animals and You Magazine to read they couldn’t have been more excited. The whole idea of Animals and You is to combine the traditional aspects of a children’s magazine with cute animals – the children’s favourite things.

The December issue of Animals and You Magazine came with so many free gifts – a necklace, a calendar, stickers, nail stickers, page markers and sweets. This turned just a magazine into a wonderful gift and one that would last for such a long time after the magazine had been read from cover to cover.

Animals and You Magazine teaches you about different animals – huskies, polar bears, reindeers etc as well as more general facts like how tall the children are compared to different animals. The magazine is packed with so much information that the children loved to read.

There are also plenty of activities like learning to draw a husky, colouring pages, a board game to play things to make, recipes to recreate as well as horoscopes and stories to read.
The children have loved Animals and You Magazine and it has definitely kept them amused over the festive season. The extra gifts with the magazine make it long lasting and the magazine includes so much to read and do – including so many competitions to enter.

Like most children’s magazines, they aren’t something we buy often and reserve as treats for special occasions. At £4.99 Animals and You Magazine would be a treat but it’s one the children would love – especially with the free gifts and I think as a treat and with all the different aspects of it £4.99 is good value and I’m sure we’ll be buying it again in the future.
