Post-Baby Weight Loss Journey – Week 7

This week I lost another 1lb!

This week is pretty much like last week – I haven’t been tracking what I eat, I’ve had a fair few treats – fish & chips, barbeque, puddings, gin & tonic… I’ve still walked into town quite a bit which is good exercise for me but really I know I could be focusing a bit more!

I’m making some changes this week – I’ll be using my Weight Watchers app to record everything I eat, I’ll be limiting treats and we’re not having a weigh-in day naughty dinner tonight.

Next week I would like to lose a little bit more!

However, I have now lost more weight than I have left to lose and I only have 5lb to go until I’m back within my Weight Watchers ‘Gold Member’ range of being within 5lb of my goal weight.

These are my current statistics:

Pre-Pregnancy Weight: 10st 5.5lb

Starting WW Weight: 12st 3lb

Today’s Weight: 11st 6lb

Ultimate Goal: 10st 10lb

Total Weight Loss: 11lb

Total Weight Left to Lose: 10lb

Pro Points Per Day: 26 + 14 Breastfeeding Points = 40 Pro Points
