Post-Baby Weight Loss Journey – Week 3

After a disappointing 0.5lb loss last week I have really been focusing on Weight Watchers this week, tracking everything I eat and trying to exercise more.

It must have worked – 3.5lb loss! I have now lost half a stone within my first 3 weeks back on Weight Watchers and got my silver 7 sticker! 🙂

The one big change this week has been my discovery of Butternut Squash – zero points on Weight Watchers – Free to me! I have made the mental step change to try and replace as many portions of potatoes as I can with Butternut Squash and so far this week we have had Butternut Squash Wedges in the Actifry to accompany two meals. This saved me precious Pro Points!

On that note, if you’re trying to lose weight or just eat healthier the Tefal Actifry is awesome! We have had one for 3 or 4 years now and haven’t used a frozen potato product since! We only ever buy potatoes in their natural form, chip them, chunk them, skins on, skins off, chuck them in the Actifry with a teenie amount of oil and they are amazing! Chips, Wedges or Roast Potatoes are so easy and so healthy. Amazing. Yes, they are expensive, but the Actifry is now an important part of our kitchen. We could never go back to oven chips.

Pre-Pregnancy Weight: 10st 5.5lb

Starting WW Weight: 12st 3lb

Today’s Weight: 11st 10lb

Ultimate Goal: 10st 10lb

First Goal (5%): 11st 8lb

Total Weight Loss: 7lb

Total Weight Left to Lose: 14lb

Pro Points Per Day: 26 + 14 Breastfeeding Points = 40 Pro Points
