I haven’t been very ‘on it’ this week with weight watching – I have tracked my main meals using the app on my iphone and I have also included any snacks but I know there are things that didn’t get included – occasional puddings, a glass of wine, a magnum ice lolly.
So there wasn’t much of a surprise at the weigh in today – I lost 0.5lb. Still a loss and a loss that I’m very happy with considering that I wasn’t at all focused this week. I think that was down to a couple of things – the weather and my 3lb loss last week put me into a false sense of security!
This week the focus is back on! I have planned our meals for the week, I have a cupboard full of biscuits, chocolate bars and cereal bars that I know the points values for so that when I need a snack I can have one without going over my points each day.
Also, we all like a treat in this weather, be it a glass of something lovely and refreshing or an ice lolly. I am sticking to diet soft drinks and juice – both zero pro points – and mini milk ice lollies – only 1 pro point each! Amazing!
I have had increased motivation today too as this tiny loss of half a pound has put me into the next stone bracket! I have also just worked out how much weight I need to lose and it’s only just over one stone! Amazing! – I can do this!
