Regular readers will know that I loved trying SlimFast for their first time last year and did really well on their 3-2-1 plan. I was excited when their products had a face lift recently too and the introduction of the 7 Day Starter Kit made a really simple to follow diet even simpler for anyone wanting to try something new.
This year I am following SlimFast again and have already been using the shakes and meal replacement bars since the start of the year to get on top of the bad eating habits I’d got into over Christmas. But, next week I am back on SlimFast properly with the help of a 7 Day Starter Kit and SlimFast’s new app.
The SlimFast Challenge app lets you track your progress, set goals and even generate a gif of your physical progress. I’m looking forward to seeing how it helps me stay on track and will be using the recipes included on it too.
Over the next week I will be sharing my progress on social media with other SlimFast followers – many doing SlimFast for the first time. SlimFast have picked two groups of people to have a challenge and see how we get on with other people to motivate us, spur us on and celebrate our successes. I always think any diet or fitness plan is easier when you have other people to help keep you on track and so I am really looking forward to the social aspect of this SlimFast Challenge.
If you would like to follow our progress you can catch us on social media using the hashtags #SlimFastSmashers and #SlimFastChallenge – if you look now you’ll also find all the great conversation from last week’s Twitter party too – I’m sure it inspired many to try SlimFast too!
I’ll let you know how I get on over the coming weeks and how I find the SlimFast app – I can’t wait to use it!
Disclosure: I am being sent a 7 Day Starter Kit to use as part of the #SlimFastChallenge however all opinions are my own.
