Love the Little Things – 49/52 – #LittleLoves

Some of the items featured in this post were provided for us to feature. I’ve added a * next to those items for reference.

This week started with a weekend away, followed by the children and I have a virus and has ended with lazy days and Christmas prep. A lovely week really – bugs aside!

Here are a few of our loves from the week:

Read

Not much to be honest. I’m useless aren’t I?! Must try harder next week.

Watched

All the usual suspects – X-Factor, First Dates, The Apprentice… I’m loving TV at the moment and when all my favourite shows finish it means one thing – Christmas!

Heard

Little Man’s chatter. I do think subsequent children learn so much quicker and so much more than first children purely because they have siblings to learn from. Little Man’s latest words? Bumpers and Fiddlesticks. Words he has learnt from Chuggington and LP! See for yourself…

Wore

Nothing special this week at all although I have invested in a body warmer. I often get too hot on the school run so this has added so many new options to my wardrobe. I’ll try and get a pic at some point!

Made

Christmas dinner! Well, everyone has a practice run don’t they?! No, actually we don’t normally have a practice run – it’s one of those blogging things like reviewing Advent calendars in October! You really can’t beat a roast dinner though.

and lastly…

Dave and I had such a lovely break away at The Maytime Inn last weekend. It was out first child free night away in about 18 months and we loved every minute of it. This weekend will be very average in comparison!

Have a lovely weekend whatever you get up to.
