Living Arrows – 47/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

Rock and Roll Pussycat

A Rosie World

Chic Geek Diary

This week’s photos were taken after school on Friday when the children stayed in their uniform and just relaxed – until their Daddy came home and we had pizza and a movie. Little Man loves Lego and has been helping build sets to put on our new display cabinet. I love his concentration face in this picture.

Living Arrows - 47/53 {2018}

LP spent ages looking through my cookbooks looking for ideas of what we should bake next. She loves that we bake every week and looks forward to our baking afternoon so much. She looks so engrossed here.

  1. We too love looking through cook books, I have bought two new ones this week and cannot wait to get started on some of the recipes! Such lovely pictures as always Donna x

  2. Oh, that photo of LP brings such a feeling of nostalgia! I used to spend hours looking through cookbooks at that age. My mum wasn’t as keen as you are on actually cooking the stuff, though! x
