Living Arrows – 42/53 {2018}
Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.
If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.
Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

This week’s photos were just taken at home after school on Friday. Little Man was having a few minutes playing on the tablet – and rocking his messy, in-need-of-a-cut hair.
LP was reading, as always. She’s a bookworm, reading whole novels in a day or two and will literally pick up a book the minute she wakes up and read it constantly until she goes to bed – only putting it down to go to school and eat.

Oh I love it when little ones get into reading. J will get through a book in a day or two and whilst this has cost us mega money over the years I think that you can never spoil children with books 🙂
They are concentrating so hard! My girls love books, I can’t wait for them to be able to read alone, although I will always love reading to them!
Oh I would love to get involved with this, is it too late in the year to start?
I love LM’s hair – it’ll be as long as Toby’s soon! And it’s so fab that LP is such a book worm – I was like that when I was little too 🙂
Love these photos of them both so absorbed in what they’re doing! LP looks so grown up reading that book too, I remember it feeling like such a milestone when Rhys suddenly started reading in his head instead of out loud! x
