Living Arrows – 37/52

Here we are again – another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Boo Roo and Tigger Too

This week’s photo of Little Man was taking when I came in from work one day. He was so happy to see me and ran to give my legs a cuddle – one of those ‘nearly push you over’ cuddles, and I happened to have the camera on the worktop behind me. I love catching him at moments like this.

LP’s photo was taken when we were baking at home. She asked to put her chef’s hat on and wanted to be in charge of everything – pouring, stirring, mixing… She was in her element and it’s so nice to be able to properly bake with her now – and Little Man too, of course.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week – thanks for taking the time to link up! This really is such a big part of my blogging week and I love that so many people stop by each week.

  1. Oh I love those cuddles – despite nearly being knocked over of course! LP looks very professional in her chef’s hat 🙂 x x #livingarrows

  2. Aww, LM is so cute – I love those cuddles, I usually get them when I pick Toby up from nursery. And LP looks very proud of her baking – love the hat too!
