Living Arrows – 35/52 {2021}
Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows! I love this project, I’ve been doing it for so many years now and it’s always nice seeing who links up and watching children and families grow throughout the year.
If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took its name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.
Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my favourite photo from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blog. As a little tip, I only really feature landscape photos – and very occasionally square photos and I’ll never feature the same blogger’s photos two weeks in a row.

This week’s photos were taken at a local Clip and Climb place – LP’s choice of activity for her birthday. We went on her birthday morning and both her and Little Man loved it – they were so brave!
LP had a very low key birthday this year. We are still in pandemic mode where birthdays are concerned and we much prefer spending time with a few people at a time over big gatherings so we went climbing, saw some friends and spent time together at home. It was perfect.

Wow, climbing must have been such fun, we are also still in pandemic mode thus E’s birthday party consisted of four girls in total and close family. Lovely photos Donna 🙂
Glad to hear that they enjoyed clip n climb. Flo and Teddy are eager to try our new local clip and climb centre. We’re also choosing not to have parties for now and make the most of smaller gatherings. Thank you for featuring Finlay leaping!
Ahh I really want to take the twigs climbing – think they’d be really good at it but they might be quite nervous! 🙂 xx
