Living Arrows – 32/52

I hope you have all had a lovely week and didn’t miss me too much last week whilst the lovely Sarah was hosting for me. I was off sunning myself, and I’d love to say it’s nice to be back but really I’d love to be on a beach for just a little longer!

Here we are with another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

This week’s photos were taken on holiday, as we only arrived home yesterday evening. We had the most fantastic week and LP’s photo was taken on one of the many highlights of the holiday – when she went windsurfing.

I was completely in awe of her, standing on a board, in the middle of the sea, being so fearless. She tried literally everything that was put in front of her during our holiday and I couldn’t be more proud.

Little Man grew massively in water confidence this week, going from refusing to go in the sea and clinging onto us in the pool – even with a float jacket on to jumping into the pool and swimming to the side, pushing us away if we tried to help. I couldn’t be more proud of him either!

I’m looking forward to reading all your posts this week. Thanks for reading and taking the time to link up!
