Living Arrows – 30/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

Adventures in Websterland

Life as Mrs D

My Sentimental Jamboree

This week’s photos were taken at Drusillas Park yesterday – and we had such a nice day. LP has moments of moodiness – that I don’t think she realises is happening. Other times she is on top form, smiley, happy and lovely to be around. Luckily, today she was pretty much amazing – she loved the animals, loved the rides and wanted to hold our hand the whole day through.

Little Man is pretty much always happy – with occasional emotional meltdowns when he’s tired. He was a joy on our day out and it was great to see how much he loved Drusillas Park having last been there two years ago. He’s grown so much in those two years and now he can really experience everything each day out has to offer. He had a great day.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!

  2. Sounds like you had a great day! Noah can have moments of being difficult when he’s tired too! We just had two days at Alton Towers and towards the end of our trip, I could tell he was feeling it! #LivingArrows

  4. It sounds like a lovely day – I’m looking forward to days out when both my boys are big enough to enjoy everything on offer, it’s hard when one is still too little for things x
