Living Arrows – 24/52 {2020}
Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows! I love this project, I’ve been doing it for so many years now and it’s always nice seeing who links up and watching children and families grow throughout the year.
If you havenโt joined in with Living Arrows before itโs is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took itโs name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, โYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forthโ and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.
Each week I share two pictures from our week โ one of each of our children โ but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week Iโll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the ownerโs blogs. As a little tip, I only really feature landscape photos โ and very occasionally square photos and I’ll never feature the same blogger’s photos two weeks in a row.
So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!
Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:
LP looks like a proper adventurer in her photo this week. Sweatshirt slung over her shoulders and clutching a stick! She looks so grown up too, she really is turning into such a lovely person.
Little Man’s photo was taken whilst he was helping with my work earlier in the week. Both he and his sister got new teddies and absolutely love them.
I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week and seeing the photos you share. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part – see you again next week!
Thank you for featuring our picture!
Athena looks ready so for adventure and Troy looks so sweet cuddling that teddy. I’ve loved watching your instagram stories throughout lockdown, I love how much your children enjoy learning x
Those teddies look so soft and fluffy!
Oh, it is so lovely that they each have new toys to cuddle. My daughter very kindly lent me her bunny rabbit to sleep with this week as she just wants me to be able to actually get some sleep – here’s hoping that the bunny works! Toys are just magical especially so at such a young age!
Thanks for featuring our photo this week.
Athena reminds me of Dora The Explorer. She really suits that look, a little adventurer.
Mine also love their cuddly toys. A does look gown up in this capture #livingarrows
