Living Arrows – 23/52

I hope you have all had a lovely half term. Here we are with another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

This week’s photos were taken on holiday in the Isle of Wight last week. Little Man always walks around with his hands in his pockets now, thinking it makes him a big boy – and I have to agree it makes him look so grown up. In this photo he’s trying to see himself in the camera lens.

LP’s photo this week sums up our holiday for me.  The children had the best holiday and on our last day LP got a medal for being a ‘super helper’ and helping the entertainment team. She couldn’t have been prouder and we couldn’t have been prouder of her. Her happiness was topped off with that medal!

I’m looking forward to reading all your posts and seeing all your photos of childhood this week. Thanks for reading – and linking up!
