Living Arrows – 22/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

This week’s photos were taken at home in the garden yesterday. We had such a nice lazy day after a brief trip to town in the morning – the children played, Dave and I got jobs done and the sun shone. It was simple and nice. LP’s picture was taken with her doing what she loves best – reading.

Little Man is far too big for the Little Tikes car now but he still loves it and happily plays with it whenever he’s in the garden. Considering we bought it for LP’s very first birthday it’s definitely had a lot of use!

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!

  1. LP looks very happy sitting in the sunshine with her book. We have an ancient Little Tikes car too, every year I think the kids will outgrow it but no it’s still going strong x
