It’s that time of the month where I share all the things we’ve loved during the month. This month has absolutely flown by but there have been many lovely parts to it.
Holiday
We finished last month on holiday in Wales. It rained for pretty much the whole time we were there but we had a really lovely week of quality time together. We managed to go to Caernarfon Castle on our one dry day and had some lovely days out on the way to and from Wales too. Blists Hill, Black Country Living Museum and the Legoland Discovery Centre. It was a really nice break.

Days out
Half term went so quickly but we’ve had a lovely few weeks getting back into the school routine since, broken up with equally lovely days out. We had a family day at Beaulieu for their James Bond exhibit and it’s always just such a lovely day out.

We also had a day at a National Trust with Lauren and the kids which is always so nice. The kids get on so well together and it’s always nice for Lauren and I to have a catch up too.

Birthdays
It was Dave’s 40th birthday this month and we kept it low key. We invited some friends over for drinks on the Friday night and then had a really relaxing weekend at home. But, we did have a big weekend in London to celebrate last weekend where we saw all the Greenwich sights and climbed the O2. It was an incredible experience.

* New products
We love trying new things here and the children’s favourite thing this month has been Gravitrax. The new Vertical Gravitrax Starter Set Pro is amazing and a great addition to their existing Gravitrax collection. You can read our full review here.

I’ve also been indulging in a gorgeous new Nourish London product. Their Soothing Muscle Bath & Shower gel is a revitalising and therapeutic bathing product that has been created to revive tired, aching muscles and weary limbs. It’s amazing after a long weekend or just a busy day on your feet. It’s super relaxing and smells amazing too.

So there’s everything we’ve enjoyed and appreciated this month – and I can’t quite believe the next installment will be after Christmas! I hope you have a good one when the time comes.
